We did a list like this earlier in the year, and we figured it was about time to run it back again. Why? Well, because as time passes things change, we have changed. Of course, Chris still likes friendships. Who doesn’t? But corduroy hats have fallen a little out of favor with him. It does not mean that he doesn’t still have love for corduroy hats; he does. But he is feeling different hats now. Like large brim fedoras for instance.
The same goes for our Scottsdale restaurant preferences. It doesn’t mean that we don’t love the Scottsdale restaurants that were left off of this list. Just that we are feeling these particular Scottsdale restaurants a little more at this very moment. But as we told you back when we first did this list, our picks could change tomorrow. But for today, here is our list of the Top 10 Scottsdale restaurants (right now) in no particular order.
Cornish Pasty Co.
Why they made our list: One of the first spots we filmed in and the only repeat from our earlier list. What can we say, this is an oldie but goodie. They just do it right, great pasties, awesome beer and cocktail menu and the atmosphere is phenomenal. Check out our Video Review.
Why they made our list: This place just knocked our socks off. We did not know what to expect from this Scottsdale restaurant, and they absolutely killed it. The pizza, the apps and of course, the drinks. Check out our Video Review.
Blanco Tacos & Tequila
Why they made our list: The margaritas got our attention, the street corn made us fall in love. You know our love affair with Mexican food and Blanco keeps us faithful and coming back for more over and over again. Don’t sleep on the ceviche either! Check out our Video Review.
Why they made our list: Bacon boards, moonshine, pulled pork and brisket. What more can we say? This is one of two great BBQ spots that made our list and both are equally great and warrant a visit. We’ll get to the other further down the list. Check out our Video Review.
Pane E Vino
Why they made our list: This wonderful Scottsdale restaurant made our list for a couple of reasons, one their Italian food is out of this world. Two, their happy hour. Whoa, so good and reasonably priced. North Scottsdale, you guys are lucky to have this fine establishment so close to you! Check out our Video Review.
Sorso Wine Room
Why they made our list: Sorso Wine Room is a must visit in the Scottsdale Quarter, great vibe, great food and a very vast selection of wine. The best part is you get to pick and then serve yourself your own wine! It’s amazing. Check out our Video Review.
Why they made our list: Kale Chicken Salad is the go-to order here with their awesome Jidori Chicken Wings as an appetizer. Or if you are there for breakfast, the Eggs Benedict is a can’t miss. Check out our Video Review.
Hogs and Hops
Why they made our list: As I said earlier, we have two BBQ Scottsdale restaurants on the list but with good reason. Both are great. Hogs and Hops has a little different feel that Bootleggers as far as atmosphere. But they absolutely kill it with the BBQ. Seriously, try this place! Check out our Video Review.
Why they made our list: A great spot for some authentic Italian food in Old Town Scottsdale. They have some great menu items, but their pasta dishes are the real menu droppers. Check out our Video Review.
Sip Coffee & Beer House
Why they made our list: You know how much we love this place, live music, unique atmosphere, great coffee, beer & drink selection and an Italian Sandwich that will knock your socks off. Check out our Video Review.
