Tonto Verde is a golf community in Rio Verde, ringed by mountains and the Tonto National Forest. The Peaks opened in November 1993 and is named for its views of Four Peaks. The Ranch followed in 1999 and is named for the land’s Box Bar Ranch history.

The golf club is mainly for members and residents.
