We ventured back to Old Town Scottsdale for this week’s video review to visit a new Scottsdale restaurant and a very welcome addition to the Old Town area. The Scottsdale restaurant is called Copperleaf Gastrolounge. It is located on North Craftsman Court just north of 3rd Avenue. For those familiar with the area, it is just north of another area favorite; Dos Gringos.
Copperleaf Gastrolounge, owned by Todd Williams of Put A Fork In It Catering and Events, is an upscale pub, with unique and delicious menu items, keg wine, moonshine, sangria and craft beers. They feature live acoustic music in the evenins on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
This place knocked our socks off. We started with some great moonshine cocktails. At least Miguel and I did. Chris had a beer because Chris likes beer. Yes, his beer was ice cold and sweating, so it passed his frosty glass test! Then we explored the menu and tried some killer appetizers, entrees and of course dessert.
In the video, we finally let Miguel try something first, Chris bonds with our awesome waiter. Shout out to Michael, if you pop in make sure to ask for him. We eat way too much great food and have a couple cocktails. Spoiler: This is another one where we get drunk sometimes.
We hope you enjoy the video review and make sure to visit Copperleaf Gastrolounge and tell them we sent you! Also, we LOVE feedback so please let us know your thoughts, likes or dislikes in the comments below.
