As I sat down to put a this here article together about some great November Scottsdale events, I saw a Facebook notification pop up. So I completely ignored it, because I am an adult and that can wait. Kidding, I immediately clicked on it because I am a terrible person. Don’t act like you wouldn’t click on the notification either. We all want to know who commented, shared, liked or some other form of emotion’d something. Full disclosure, it was just my sweet mother-in-law giving a picture some digital love. Shout out to Nancy!
However, the reason that I mention it was because while I was there, I saw this little diddy from the folks at Facebook. It read:
“Good evening, Troy! The forecast shows a high of 95°F tomorrow in Scottsdale. Stay cool!”
I know that it is STILL hot outside I don’t need a cheery Facebook algorithm to tell me to “stay cool.” In fact, I am getting a little concerned that Facebook is getting a little umm… extra. I don’t think I used that term correctly, but I don’t care. The point is, take a step back FB; you are in the friend zone, and that is where you are going to stay. Show me which friends to hide when they go on political rants, pictures of puppies (corgis preferably) and what kind of shenanigans that my friends and family are getting into. That is it, don’t make me kick you to the curb.
Now that I have that rant out of the way, let’s get to the list of some must attend Scottsdale November events. Some of these are at night and the others, well, stay cool!
