The golf club at the Westin Kierland Resort has 27 holes, split into the Acacia, Ironwood and Mesquite nines. You can mix any two of them into an 18-hole round.
You don’t have to stay at the resort to play. The club takes public tee times up to 90 days ahead, and its FAQ says you can walk while you play. Several restaurants we’ve reviewed are close by.
