For this week’s video review, we visited a brand new spot named Hand Cut Burgers & Chophouse. Located near Scottsdale Fashion Square, just south of Camelback Road on the east side of Marshall Way. Hand Cut is a Riot Hospitality Group’s newest concept, and it is a unique and welcome addition to the area.
Upon entering Hand Cut, you will immediately notice that they played zero games with the interior design. The decor is hip, yet inviting with a lot of unique design features without being over the top. The light fixtures will definitely catch your eye as will the Creamery! Yes, before we talk about the beef, we have to speak of the cream. They make their own fresh ice cream in-house, and we have to say, it was fantastic!
As for the burgers, well, if locally sourced 100 percent grass-finished beef from an Arizona farm with no added hormones or antibiotics is your jam. Then Hand Cut is your spot. Dine in for a fast-casual lunch and enjoy a previously mentioned burger. Or pop in at night and step your game up by trying a pork chop, steak or one of their other quality meat offerings. Lastly, do not, we repeat, do not sleep on the cocktail menu. If you thought the decor was dialed in, wait until you scope the cocktail menu.
In the Video Review, we were thoroughly spoiled. From the apps (Salt & Vinegar Fries?! Stop.) to the cocktails and the entrees. Saying that we over indulged is not doing it justice. Wow. Then… Then, they brought out the desserts from the Creamery, and the three of us were immediately talking ourselves out of being full so that we could try them.
Please enjoy the video review then visit Hand Cut and try it for yourself. Be sure to tell them that we sent you!
