With an overall rating of 4.6, this charming restaurant invites you to taste Italy through their hand-crafted pasta, wood-fired pizzas, and irresistible bruschetta boards. Our recent visit left us eager to share our experience with you, so let’s dive into the delicious details!

Ambiance (4.5/5)

Upon stepping inside Sugo Bistro, you’re welcomed by a cozy yet sophisticated ambiance. The soft lighting and rustic decor create a charming atmosphere, making it ideal for a romantic dinner or a fun night out with friends. Prices here are reasonable, with most dishes ranging from $12 to $25, making it accessible to a wide range of diners.

Food (4.8/5)

The menu at Sugo Bistro is a tantalizing journey through Italian flavors, and we couldn’t resist starting with the Classic Caesar Salad, a fresh and zesty delight. It was a perfect precursor to our main courses. The Penne with Spicy Alla Vodka and Marinated Shrimp was a mouthwatering blend of spicy and savory, while the Chicken Marsala showcased perfectly roasted chicken with a delightful mushroom marsala sauce.

Now, let’s talk pizza! We tried the Cheese Pizza, a simple yet flavorful choice, and it was devoured by our kids along with a side of crispy fries. However, the real star of the show was the slow-braised Short Rib with Risotto and Bruschetta. The tender, succulent short rib was a revelation, and the creamy risotto and bruschetta were the perfect companions. We can confidently say this is the best short rib we’ve ever had.

Drinks (4.6/5)

To complement our meal, we enjoyed a glass of Bartenura Moscato from Italy, a sweet and refreshing wine that paired beautifully with our dishes. The restaurant also offers a variety of other wines, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages to suit every preference.

Cannoli to Die For (5/5)

No Italian meal is complete without a sweet ending, and Sugo Bistro’s cannoli are truly something special. These crispy, creamy delights are a must-try, and we highly recommend indulging in one (or two).

Service and Kid-Friendly Atmosphere (4.7/5)

One of the standout aspects of Sugo Bistro is its friendly and attentive staff. They made us feel right at home and were accommodating to our kids’ needs. The restaurant also features live music on select nights, enhancing the overall experience.
