Ambiance, Food, and Drinks
The restaurant’s ambiance is nothing short of exceptional, offering a sleek, upscale, and modern setting. This makes it perfect for special events, celebrations, and business meetings. However, it’s worth noting that fine dining comes at a premium, so be prepared for a higher bill. Nevertheless, the interior, quality of the seafood, and the overall dining experience more than justify the cost.
Our dining experience at Jin Jia was a culinary adventure that left us craving more. The food and service were truly amazing, and we sampled a delightful array of dishes. The sweet and sour beef was a great appetizer, with its perfectly balanced flavors. The Jja-Jang noodles were a standout, featuring big slices of beef instead of the usual ground pork, elevating this classic dish.
The mango prawn was a refreshing and zesty seafood delight, perfectly complementing the richness of the Jjam-Pong Spicy Seafood soup, which had an exceptionally rich broth. The steamed dumplings were delicate pockets of flavor, while the Wagyu beef belly chow fun showcased the restaurant’s commitment to quality.
Dessert at Jin Jia is nothing short of a work of art. The Trident banana lumpia and the Hong-Kong milk tea fruit tart were the perfect sweet endings to our meal. To wash it all down, we enjoyed the best Jasmine tea we’ve ever had, a light and non-bitter delight that left a lasting impression.
